In the Gregorian calendar, New Year's Eve, the last day of the year, is on 31 December. People celebrate New Year's Eve to bid farewell to the year that ends and welcome the New Year. Students of Grade Prep dressed up in their favorite western outfit to welcome the New year with their teachers and friends. All gathered to dance, eat, and had fun. Students of Grade 4, 5, and 6 created New Year's greeting cards for their near and dear ones. They enjoyed leaf paintings and also enjoyed making a desk calendar for beginning the New Year. Everyone prayed to God to save everyone from the pandemic and make the coming New Year safe for all.
