Imagination is a powerful tool in the development of young minds because it encourages children to resolve problems on their own. Fantasy fosters creative thinking that enables children to learn problem solving skills that are needed as adults. And the theme ‘Fantasy’ in English curriculum of Grade two culminated with children sharing their fantasies. Thor, good godzilla, genies, monsters under beds or in closets, toys that come alive at night were a few of their fantasies. These young Presidians had vivid imaginations to say the least. Hats off to their imagination which had no boundaries.
