World Cancer Day is celebrated every year on February 4 to raise awareness of cancer and its prevention. Children being the future of the nation need to be educated about cancer. Video clippings, speech, and thoughts related to the theme were presented by teachers. The prime motive for observing the day is to let students know about the disease, its cause, its cure. Students also participated in poster making, slogan writing and beautifully depicted that having a healthy and physically active lifestyle reduces the chances of chronic disease.
