Guru Purnima is a ritualistic celebration marked to respect the guru- The one who leads you to the right path in life. This festival has great importance for Indian academics and scholars. This festival is celebrated every year in the month of Ashadh. The quintessence and the significance of the day were illustrated through different presentations by our young Presidians based on Guru Purnima. The students took immense pride in reciting shlokas, and songs, to express gratitude toward their gurus. Students also shared the significance of guru and the metamorphosis of the student-teacher relationship over the years. All the students resounded the approbation and veneration for the gurus.
