With the same fire to achieve BIG in life, our young students of Astronomy Club from Presidium, Indirapuram recently attended a session on ‘Advanced Rocketry’ at school. It included constructing hydro rockets and learning advanced stages of rocketry principles through the guidance of knowledgeable educators and resource person, Mr. Saurabh from SPACE. Students overcame engineering challenges through multiple launches and studied various launch and flight parameters. Under this insightful Rocket Science Level 2, the students also observed the distance of the falling rocket from launching area and did the prescribed calculations. Brimming with excitement to prepare and launch their individual rockets, the young astronauts had an overwhelming experience.
