Overview

1. Admission Fee & Registration Fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Withdrawals Process If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents must give a written application well in 1 month advance to the Principal about the withdrawal. Parents will be required to pay the Charges of full month in which child is withdrawn. A minimum one month notice is a must.

3. Cancellation Process All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration, either via email or through a written application at the school's office. The request should include the reason for cancellation and all relevant details. Tuition fee if already paid will be refunded after adjustment of admission & registration charges.

4. Refund Process -Refunds will be processed, if applicable within a month of receiving the cancellation request and all necessary documentation. - Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original mode of payment or through a bank transfer to the account details provided by the parent/guardian.

5. Changes to Policy the Presidium School reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians, and the updated policy will be made available on the school's website.
