Our young history buffs of grade 4, Presidium Indirapuram, recently took a fun-filled trip to Agra - Fatehpur Sikri. After spending some time unwinding, the students and teachers went to Fatehpur Sikri to revive their interesting history lessons. They were accompanied by guides, who enabled them to delve into the rich history and culture of the Mughal era. The Presidians also watched documentaries about the Mughal history and culture on their way back to hotel, where a thrilling DJ night was awaiting.
Donning their dancing shoes, the students gave memorable performances, ending the night with all fun and frolics. Next day, they visited Taj Mahal, the monument for which Agra is the most famous. Awestruck with the beauty and aura of this mighty symbol of Mughal architecture, they learnt many new facts about the place. Giving students an opportunity to bond with their dear friends and loving teachers, this trip will definitely remain etched in their memory forever!
