Ushering in the Christmas mood, students of grade Nursery presented a special assembly on Christmas, ‘Joy To The World’. Teachers joined in the joyous occasion with a special performance singing the Christmas carol harmoniously. The soul of Christmas was captured by a delightful enactment of, ‘The Story of Bethlehem’, recounting the hardships faced by Joseph and Mary to find a safe place for the birth of Jesus Christ. This was followed by a wonderful dance performance to the tunes of  ‘Jingle Bells’. The echoes of Santa’s sleigh and reindeers rang into everyone’s heart as everybody sang Christmas Carols. The assembly ended on the note that Christmas is not just about Santa, Gifts, a Feast, Carnival and Decorations rather it’s about the everlasting values of sharing and compassion for each other.
