Ganesh Chaturthi is a ten-day Hindu festival celebrated to honour the elephant-headed God Ganesha's birthday. Modak, the rice flour dumplings are prepared and offered as prasad, during the Ganesh Utsav, and there is no missing these. To celebrate this auspicious occasion, students of grade 3 Presidium school celebrated this festival with full devotion by making Ganesh's favorite 'Modak' using their favourite Oreo biscuits. It was a treat to our eyes to see students making Modaks with full enthusiasm and zeal.
