Presidium believes that the main aim of education is to unfold the innate qualities of students, refine them and to bring a positive change in the overall development of a student. Thus, we aim to prepare our students for all the aspects of a practical life and make them good public speakers.

Keeping this aspiration in mind the English department of Presidium, Indirapuram, organized an Inter-class Declamation competition.

Public speaking is an art which requires courage, confidence and initiative. The competition provided an opportunity and a platform to the students to express themselves, boost their confidence and do away with coyness. Young Presidians wonderfully spoke on various topics like service to mankind, technology in the modern society, self obsession etc. They spellbound everyone with their fabulous choice of words, marvelous body language, immense confidence and highly challenging yet praiseworthy presentation.

To conclude, the activity provided an excellent opportunity to take classroom teaching beyond the confine of four walls.
